Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, managing travel itineraries, and coordinating international travel.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Oversee office operations, including managing vendor relationships, facilities, and office supplies.
- Screen and filter incoming communications, prioritizing requests for the executive team.
- Assist in project coordination and event planning for company-wide initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role within a corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
