- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize meeting requests to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate high-stakes domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and expense reports.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external high-profile clients.
- Organize board meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking.
- Manage confidential documentation with discretion and absolute integrity.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as requested by the executive team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support or senior clerical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle competing priorities.
- Experience in managing complex travel logistics and scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
