You will play a critical role in optimizing office workflows, managing complex calendars, and acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role designed for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate global travel itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, presentations, and reports.
- Facilitate board meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed minutes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and department heads.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management and supply procurement.
- Handle confidential documentation with the highest level of professional discretion.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, team off-sites, and executive retreats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite level executives in a corporate environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to anticipate executive needs.
