Summit Corporate Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as the right hand to our senior leadership team. You will play a critical role in optimizing office workflows, managing complex calendars, and ensuring seamless daily operations at our downtown Chicago headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sensitive corporate documentation.
- Coordinate departmental logistics, including event planning and office supply procurement.
- Monitor office budgets and process expense reports in alignment with company policy.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana) is a plus.
