- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating international meetings and cross-departmental initiatives
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor contract management for executive teams
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements with comprehensive itineraries and logistics
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement streamlined administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain highest ethical standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience with C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proven experience in budget management and expense reporting
- Professional certification in office administration (e.g., CAP, MOS) preferred
- Discretion handling sensitive information and maintaining executive confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for critical deadlines
