Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming communications and inquiries.
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations.
- Screen and filter phone calls and visitors, ensuring only relevant information reaches the executives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role within a corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Discretion and high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Associate degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration preferred.
