- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments with precision.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior executives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact, handling incoming inquiries and routing messages effectively.
- Oversee office operations, manage office supplies, and maintain a professional working environment.
- Assist in organizing team events, meetings, and company-wide communications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or PA role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification.
