Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and high-profile external partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive staff meetings, including agenda preparation and minute tracking.
- Optimize office workflows and implement new administrative processes to increase team efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Experience with CRM and expense management software is highly preferred.
