Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high-level professionalism.
- Prepare, review, and edit high-impact presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Coordinate board meetings and leadership offsites, including venue selection, logistics, and minute-taking.
- Optimize administrative workflows to increase department-wide productivity.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with precision.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administration or office management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to interface with high-net-worth clients.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management software is a plus.
