Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Oversee office logistics and lead initiatives to improve administrative workflow efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
- Coordinate all aspects of team events, quarterly town halls, and executive off-sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administration or office management.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
