Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and high-profile external partners.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and board-level reports.
- Coordinate all aspects of board meetings, off-site retreats, and leadership conferences.
- Develop and streamline office processes to improve administrative efficiency and team workflow.
- Conduct independent research and data analysis to assist in executive decision-making.
- Oversee confidential documentation and maintain strict information security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience providing high-level support to C-suite or senior management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, composed demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Technologically savvy with experience in modern collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom).
