- Organize company-wide events and executive off-sites.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-level executive support or office management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Asana, Slack, Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to anticipate leadership needs before they arise.
