Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Streamline office workflows and implement new administrative processes to boost productivity.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, team offsites, and client dinners.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professional judgment.
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support or high-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with Concur, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ERP software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'no-task-too-small' mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
