Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including prioritizing inquiries and scheduling high-level meetings.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including international flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and board members with unmatched professionalism.
- Lead and support special projects, ensuring deadlines are met with meticulous attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets and process executive expense reports.
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal departments to optimize operational flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite level executives in a corporate setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
