Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events, off-sites, and executive retreats.
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relations, and facilities coordination to maintain a seamless workspace.
- Process expense reports and track departmental budgets with high attention to detail.
- Handle confidential documentation and projects with complete integrity and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.
