Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors.
- Prepare and track expense reports, process invoices, and assist with budget preparation.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset.
- Discretion and high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
