Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Oversee office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate board meetings and company-wide events, including logistics and catering.
- Process expense reports and assist with basic project accounting duties.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an executive administrative or high-level clerical support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven track record of multi-tasking in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
