Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional correspondence.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and data visualizations for Board of Directors meetings.
- Streamline office operations and implement new administrative workflows to increase department efficiency.
- Oversee expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing for the executive office.
- Coordinate logistics for high-stakes corporate events and executive retreats.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document drafting, filing, and records management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and high integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) is highly preferred.
