Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and investor briefings.
- Oversee office operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effective cross-departmental communication.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including international flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with strict attention to detail.
- Coordinate special projects as assigned by senior leadership, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.
