Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Oversee office operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and execute special projects and corporate events as assigned by the leadership team.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate information.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventories and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support or high-level administrative roles.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
