Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and complex international travel coordination
- Prepare high-impact board reports and strategic presentations using advanced Excel/PPT
- Oversee departmental budgets with P&L tracking and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional projects with 15+ stakeholders across global offices
- Implement digital filing systems with 99.9% compliance standards
- Manage confidential executive communications and gatekeeping protocols
- Coordinate offsite events for 200+ attendees with budget oversight
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Proven project management with PMP certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of corporate governance and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with executive-level polish
- Experience managing executive expense reports and travel policies
- Ability to maintain composure under tight deadlines with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
