Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level reviews.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for external partners and internal department heads.
- Oversee office logistics, including supply procurement and vendor management.
- Coordinate all aspects of team meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes distribution.
- Process expense reports and manage sensitive administrative documentation with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record of managing confidential information with discretion.
