Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports for board-level meetings.
- Facilitate office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Organize and manage electronic filing systems, ensuring document integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, executive off-sites, and client dinners.
- Analyze administrative workflows and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professional judgment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
