- Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain financial documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Manage office inventory, supply procurement, and vendor relationships
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict adherence to compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years executive support or high-level administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
