Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for senior leadership.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize high-level meetings, board retreats, and executive off-sites.
- Track and process executive expenses and departmental budget reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary company information.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
