- Facilitate board meetings and committee gatherings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Oversee office logistics and resource allocation to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs for upcoming executive projects and initiatives.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure strict confidentiality of corporate documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive-level support within a corporate environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack/Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
