- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional correspondence.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive board meetings.
- Streamline administrative workflows and office processes to improve organizational efficiency.
- Oversee sensitive document management and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on action items to ensure leadership accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support or high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (365) and project management software (Asana or Trello).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities with grace and precision.
