Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing inquiries and meetings to optimize time efficiency.
- Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel itineraries including flight, hotel, and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare high-stakes presentations, reports, and correspondence for Board of Directors and executive team meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Streamline office operations and implement new administrative workflows to boost overall team productivity.
- Plan and oversee logistics for quarterly off-site executive retreats and company-wide strategic workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professional maturity.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a focus on precision and clarity.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
