- Coordinate board-level logistics, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Optimize office workflows and implement administrative efficiencies to save leadership time.

- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, specifically supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Proven track record of managing sensitive data and maintaining strict confidentiality.
