Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily commitments.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper, handling high-level internal and external communications with professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including international logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, board materials, and departmental reports.
- Facilitate team meetings, capture actionable minutes, and track follow-up tasks.
- Manage office operations, ensuring an efficient and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Assist in the planning and execution of executive-level corporate events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and high ethical standards.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
