Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate executive travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items promptly.
- Screen and filter incoming communications, including email and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Organize and oversee corporate events, including team building activities and client dinners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Discretion and high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Relevant degree or certification in Business Administration is preferred.
