Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate logistics for internal/external meetings
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor negotiations with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with exceptional professionalism
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical) with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives with attention to deadlines
- Assist in onboarding processes and maintain HR records compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of calendar management and scheduling tools
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive data
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience in financial services industry strongly preferred
