- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and executive board summits.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities communication to ensure optimal workspace efficiency.
- Process expense reports and track departmental budgets with high attention to detail.
- Facilitate team meetings, including setting agendas and documenting actionable minutes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana) is a significant plus.
