Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting arrangements, and prioritize conflicting priorities
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee travel logistics including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate departmental events, offsites, and vendor relationships
- Implement efficient office procedures and optimize administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
