- Coordinate travel arrangements, including international flights, luxury accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level presentations, reports, and internal correspondence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documentation with the highest level of discretion and professional integrity.
- Plan and execute board meetings, corporate events, and off-site strategic retreats.
- Manage expense reporting and department budget tracking with precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
