Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials for executive review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential records with absolute discretion.
- Facilitate office operations by managing vendor relations and supply inventories.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level or executive-level staff.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
