Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, prioritizing inquiries and escalating urgent matters.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure data accessibility.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including team meetings and client receptions.
- Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant (3+ years minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
