- Coordinate board meetings, off-site retreats, and company-wide events.
- Monitor office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Process expense reports and handle sensitive confidential documentation.
- Support cross-departmental projects to streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
