- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, board decks, and meeting presentations.
- Coordinate intricate travel logistics and detailed travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Organize and execute corporate events, team off-sites, and executive retreats.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-level administrative support role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
