- Organize and coordinate board meetings, retreats, and industry conferences.
- Manage expense reporting and maintain confidential filing systems with high precision.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative or high-level clerical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
