Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, international travel, and high-level meeting logistics
- Manage confidential communications, document drafting, and stakeholder correspondence
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationship management
- Lead cross-functional projects requiring detailed planning and stakeholder coordination
- Implement process improvements for administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
