- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, seminars, and off-site retreats.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with high accuracy.
- Screen communications and prioritize urgent matters for executive review.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
