Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate departmental workflows to ensure deadlines are met and administrative objectives are achieved.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with high accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications, screening requests and prioritizing urgent matters for executive attention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or office management role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional tone.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proven aptitude for multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment.
