Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings across global time zones
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and expense reports
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive administrative support experience at executive level
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with professional demeanor
