Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) with precision.
- Screen and direct phone calls; draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and presentations.
- Prepare internal and external reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and client visits, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
