Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-profile corporate events ranging from intimate board meetings to large-scale conferences.
- Manage the entire event budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure optimal rates and services.
- Lead on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting in real-time.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics.
- Conduct post-event analysis to measure success metrics and gather client feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management within the corporate sector.
