Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct workplace inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses
- Deliver engaging safety training sessions for employees at all levels
- Manage hazardous waste disposal, air emissions monitoring, and environmental reporting
- Lead emergency response drills and maintain crisis management protocols
- Analyze safety data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed EHS best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CHST/ASP credentials preferred
- Proficiency in EHS software (e.g., Intelex, Cority, or similar platforms)
- Deep knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience creating safety dashboards
- Exceptional communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
