Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and OSHA VPP standards
- Conduct routine facility audits, air quality monitoring, and hazardous material handling inspections
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence
- Design and deliver engaging safety training programs for 200+ employees
- Manage regulatory compliance documentation and reporting for EPA, TCEQ, and local authorities
- Coordinate emergency response drills and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze environmental data using GIS software and sustainability metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or tech environments
- CHMM or CSP certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, and TSCA regulations
- Advanced proficiency in EHS software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Enablon)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- OSHA 500 and 501 instructor certifications
- Experience developing sustainability reporting frameworks
