Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and OSHA VPP standards
  • Conduct routine facility audits, air quality monitoring, and hazardous material handling inspections
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence
  • Design and deliver engaging safety training programs for 200+ employees
  • Manage regulatory compliance documentation and reporting for EPA, TCEQ, and local authorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or tech environments
