  • Manage environmental compliance including waste management, air/water quality monitoring, and regulatory reporting
  • Lead emergency response planning and preparedness drills to ensure organizational resilience

  • Coordinate with external agencies during audits and ensure timely resolution of compliance findings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation required
  • Expert knowledge of federal/state EHS regulations including OSHA 29 CFR, EPA RCRA, and TCEQ requirements
  • Proven experience developing and implementing ISO 14001/45001 management systems
