Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global communication strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Lead executive positioning and thought leadership programs for the C-suite and key subject matter experts.
- Manage high-profile media relations, cultivating deep connections with top-tier journalists and industry influencers.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure cultural alignment and employee engagement across global offices.
- Drive crisis communication protocols and reputation management strategies to mitigate organizational risk.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate social media and SEO best practices into PR campaigns.
- Analyze and report on communication performance metrics using advanced sentiment analysis and reach tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications or a PR agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar brand budgets and large-scale media launches.
- Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills with a portfolio of published or high-impact work.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis management and navigating complex public environments.
- Strong network of existing relationships with national business and trade media outlets.
- Proficiency in modern PR tech stacks, including Cision, Meltwater, and social listening tools.
